Domestic Violence.
You may be a survivor, or you may be going through
the horrible ordeal
of living with domestic violence right now.
Most people who have suffered in this way go through a whole series of
emotions generated by their experiences. They naturally feel
fearful and anxious. and often feel anger, shame and guilt.
So often they ask themselves if it was all their
fault, did they deserve what happened to them, did they bring it on
themselves, could they somehow have done something different.
Sometimes, long after they have escaped from the
abusive situation, they still feel they have to live with these feelings
of inadequacy. We understand what you may be going through, and
can help you deal with you emotions and fears at this time, helping you
to move forward again.
