If you have decided to go ahead, this is what you do:
1. Send us a brief email outlining your concerns, making sure you include a name or screen name by which you wish to be known, and your contact telephone number

3. Click on the Book and Pay link at the bottom of the page to pay for your sessions.
When we have received your payment, - here's what happens
1. Email - we will get back to you immediately and invite you to send your first paid for 'therapy' email, which we will then deal with in depth, and proceed from there
2. Telephone - we will call you to arrange a mutually convenient time for your telephone therapy, and will then call you at the time agreed to start your therapy.
3. Online chat - we will immediately email you a link to our totally secure online chat facility, with details of when we will be online. When we are online - and when you click on the link it will tell you - we will agree a suitable time for your therapy. We will be online waiting for you at the agreed time, and all you will have to do is click on the online link we have given you and start chatting.
